Seminar – Round Table “Bankruptcy in Specific Industries – Construction and Cooperatives”
Organized by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, round tables entitled “Bankruptcy in Specific Industries – Construction and Cooperatives” were held on 15 May, 25 May and 28 May 2026. The events gathered more than 80 bankruptcy administrators, as well as colleagues from the Agency.
The lecturers at the round tables were:
- Judge Milica Aleksić, Judge of the Commercial Court in Leskovac
- Judge Ninoslav Volarević, Judge of the Commercial Court in Niš
- Branka Pavlić, Licensed Bankruptcy Administrator
- Luka Andrić, Attorney at Law
- Risto Likić, Bankruptcy Center, Bankruptcy Supervision Agency
We would like to express our special gratitude to the lecturers for their valuable contribution, and to all participants for their interest and attendance. The events provided an excellent opportunity for the exchange of experiences and views on this broad and highly relevant topic.
The next event organized by the Agency in June will be a webinar entitled “Preparation of the Final Account and Final Report.”
