The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency Celebrated 20 Years of Work

On 26 September 2025, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency officially celebrated twenty years of existence and successful work.

The anniversary ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović, as well as presidents and judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, and the Commercial Appellate Court, presidents and deputy presidents of commercial courts in Serbia, directors of state institutions, and many other distinguished guests.

To mark twenty years since the issuance of the first licenses, the Agency presented certificates of appreciation to bankruptcy administrators who have been continuously active in the profession since 2005 – those who were among the first to pass the licensing exam and who have been engaged in bankruptcy proceedings for two full decades.

The Agency extends its gratitude to all guests who honored this important jubilee with their presence, as well as to its employees who have, for twenty years, devotedly contributed to the Agency’s work and the development of the bankruptcy administrators’ profession.
