Data relevant to bankruptcy proceedings, available to the Agency as of April 1, 2025, have been published, including information on ongoing bankruptcy cases, suspended bankruptcy proceedings, concluded bankruptcy cases, the average duration of bankruptcy proceedings, and the number of cases initiated by commercial courts.

Currently, there are 1,469 ongoing bankruptcy proceedings in the Republic of Serbia.
