Data relevant for conducting bankruptcy proceedings, available with the Agency as of September 4, 2024, has been published. The data includes ongoing bankruptcy proceedings, suspended bankruptcy proceedings, concluded bankruptcy proceedings, the average duration of bankruptcy proceedings, and the number of bankruptcy proceedings initiated in Commercial Courts.

Currently, there are 1504 ongoing bankruptcy proceedings in the Republic of Serbia.
